Global Therm’s insulation panels are manufactured to precise panel heights. Additionally, all deck panels can be cut and fabricated to match existing tank diameters. All materials are marked indicating the exact location on the tank where they are to be placed upon assembly. On bolted-style tanks, all chime locations are cut out of insulation. All trim and segregated pieces are notched at Global Therm’s facility. Materials required to install products are included in the comprehensive package, including all rivets, tapes, caulking, butyl sealants, strapping, cable connectors and allt cables or rods. Global Therm shipments are shrink-wrapped for protection and palletized for ease of unloading upon arrival to the job site. |
